The Lincoln Academy of Learning and Teaching (LALT) represents a community of practice for members (all academics and support staff who teach). This community is supported through three core teams – Digital Education, LALT Engagement, and Digital Student Life.
Digital Education supports colleagues to get the most out of the available technologies for teaching and learning, share best practice and inspire experimentation with new digital enhanced teaching practices.
LALT Engagement supports development of practice in learning and teaching, enhancing student engagement at the university, through collaborative projects, innovations and sharing practice. The team leads on teaching recognition, development and CPD with HEA recognition and the APA, supporting excellence in teaching at the University.
Digital Student Life support and enhance student transition, attainment, and retention by using a student-led digital approach.
