The LALT Engagement team provide guidance and support on teaching practice, and to develop collaborative projects and innovations.
The team support colleagues across the University in the following areas:
- Provide communications and sharing practice - with a repository of resources.
- Enhancing student engagement at the University – where students and academics work alongside each other, as partners.
- Staff development, recognition and CPD
- Co-ordinating peer-led projects to enable and support innovation
- Recognition of learning and teaching within the wider sector – understanding and responding to drivers and impact.
